Fàilte oirbh a chàirdean
My name is Chris Mitchell. I’m a student studying Scottish Gaelic and Irish. I created this website as part of the BA (Hons) in Gàidhlig and Leasachadh (Gaelic and Development Issues) which I am doing at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig and Ollscoil na hÉireann Maigh Nuad. It should be noted that the English section of the website is still a work in progress, and that my blog and Naidheachdan Pinc are Gaelic only.
Latest Updates – 25/04/2009
I’m still working on AbairThusa. The community has recently been growing and we now have 151 members! However, we love meeting new members, so why not register?
As well as AbairThusa, I am still working on Naidheachdan Pinc. It’s a website that provides LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) news through the medium of Gaelic. I’ve recently finished a redesign of the site with an excellent new appearance.
I’ve also just created a new website which is, partly, similar to Twitter. It’s called Craic and we’d be very happy to see you there!
